Jamie Webster’s album “10 For The People” is set to be released on February 2, 2024. This will be his third album, following his debut album “We Get By” in 2020 and his second album “Moments” in 2021.
The album is being released under the label Modern Sky UK. Jamie Webster worked with producer Dave Eringa, known for his work with artists like Manic Street Preachers and Kylie Minogue, in various studio settings including Rockfield Studios in south Wales and his own studio in his hometown.
According to Jamie Webster, the concept behind “10 For The People” came from his observation of other albums released in the past year. He noticed that while some of these albums had great songs and big singles, there were also many fillers that didn’t leave a lasting impact. With “10 For The People,” Jamie aims to create an album where every song tells a story or holds a message for the working-class people he represents.
The album will consist of 10 tracks, each with a focus on the everyday life experiences of working-class individuals. Jamie Webster has drawn inspiration from a range of musical influences, from Paul McCartney and Bob Dylan to current artists like Sam Fender.
